*Do NOT attempt these gymastics skills at home *

These videos are meant for students to review. Gymnastics skills done in these videos should not be attempted at home. Skills should be done in progression and learned with a qualified coach.

All NGC students skill level 4 or higher may choose to compete.

All competitors must be properly dressed in a leotard, hair tied back, and no jewelry. Students may enter All Around (4 events) or specialized one, two or three events. The four competitive events are Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. Entry level for most students in the USAIGC is the Copper level. As students progress, the next level up is Bronze, Silver etc.
All competitors should consult with their coach so they can advise what events and routines are best for them. All competitors will be competing in their age group.
Ribbons for places 1-6, and every competitor will receive a trophy. NGC students do not need to be team members. Students under level 4 may compete Bars or Vault, but should speak to their coach.
